Staff at this location is top notch! I only go to this location because of the staff! I can't say enough about the ladies that work the drive thru in the mornings! Them ladies deserve a very nice raise.

I believe a customer service training would be beneficial. The young lady at the window was very rude, chatting while my phone in her hand while i was waiting to get it back and then got upset when she handed me a drink that was leaking. i asked for a napkin and she said i could use the one in the bag. and the cherry on top was not receive my condiments. times are to tough to deal with bad attitudes, i will not be returning.

I ordered in the drive thru. The older lady ‘Candy’ taking my order simply said Hello. No invitation to order. When I got to the window, she stopped ‘Amir employee’ as he was walking past, seemingly to warn him of an upcoming meeting. He seemed immediately disturbed, as if he was asking, ‘what is it now?’. She responds ‘I’ll tell you when we sit down. Nothing bad.’ She then turns to me and says ‘Pull up while we wait for your order’
Lack of professionalism and little courtesy to the customer. Additionally, I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out.
