  Terrible customer service from the employee working at the 'customer service center'. I just wanted to pull out some money on my card, I didn't ask for attitude. I didn't catch her name nor did I even want too from the nasty attitude she had. Someone needs to remind her that if she doesn't want to be there, she doesn't have to be. Whatever problem she had at home, she definitely brought it to work. I recommend management giving her a mental health day.

  I am a regular customer at this store, but I will no longer be returning due to repeated negative and concerning experiences. When issues are brought to management, the manager does not take complaints seriously or attempt to resolve them. There is also an employee, a woman, who consistently profiles customers and follows them throughout the store, creating an uncomfortable and hostile shopping environment. More concerning is a bald male employee whose name I do not know. On multiple occasions, he has made threatening and inappropriate comments such as “I’m gonna f you up.” This behavior is unacceptable and alarming. Employees also tend to gather together, gossip, and focus more on watching and profiling customers than providing customer service. I understand that retail theft can be an issue, especially in areas with homelessness, but there is a clear difference between regular customers and individuals engaging in theft. Profiling, harassment, and threats are not acceptable under any circumstance. After discussing my experience with a neighbor, I learned she has had the same threatening interaction with this same employee, which raises serious concern, particularly since it appears women are being targeted. Because management has failed to address these issues, if this behavior happens again, a police report will be filed. I am also contacting corporate to make them aware of these ongoing issues. I am not the only customer with these complaints, and I will be forwarding multiple reviews that document the same behavior. Many of these reviews are months old, yet the same problems are still occurring as of December 9, 2026, which shows a clear lack of corrective action. Until there is proper management oversight and employee accountability, I will not be returning.
