- JJJeh Jeh4 days ago2.0went to self checkout because no cashier lanes were open and in the middle of scanning my bulk items the scanner stopped working. first worker who approached me was trying to help me because i needed to scan my large water case and with my just having my back treatment today i wasn't wanting to lift too much. first worker was great and shes the reason this isnt a 1 star review. never have i ever had issues at this store but today another worker whose name i got as “Jay” popped her head in on my transaction and said “All this for two dollars?” she didnt know the situation, basically accused me of being cheap when the issue was equipment—-and just had all around attitude. even if i was having a price discrepancy, its part of the job description to offer great service. So, Jay, perhaps find another profession if even adjusting a price for a customer is triggering for you.

He was polite at first and attempted to handle the situation calmly, but eventually made it clear the customer needed to move along. Overall, he came across as polite, intentional, and efficient in his work, especially while managing a busy line.
