- RSRodney SmithJan 22, 20261.0Placed an online order for Pick Up at 1pm with a pick up time slot between 4pm-5pm. After working a 10hr day myself, I traveled to the store immediately after work and arrived at 5pm. No update was provided via email or on the App that i downloaded earlier that day as well. After waiting in a pickup park till 5:30 I decided to go into the store. Walk up to the Customer Service counter and a typed note read “Customer Service is closed…sorry for the inconvenience! So I asked for the Manager on Duty and was greeted with less than Management characteristics from the Dress Code, attitude, and shortness of answers. Absolutely no care in the world! This young lady had a phone in her back pocket playing her favorite tunes the entire time I was in there as I first observed the front end. She had no answers for me other than calling Customer Service. I finally saw one of the associates taking a Pick Up order out and stopped her for assistance. She had no answer other than only one associate had been picking orders all day and she was helping out. She referred me to another associate monitoring Self Checkout. This young man had ear buds in his ears listening to his favorite tunes! Give me a break! I eventually left the store after finding the Customer Care number and enjoyed the wait of 25 minutes until i finally made it home and a representative picked up. She apologized and indicated that due to the anticipation of the storm, a lot of delays has been happening. With $181 held up on my account she said it would take 3-5 days for the refund to process and post! Do to the inconvenience ,she offered a $15 dollar gift card or credit on my next pick up order. Still waiting on that too! Sincerely, A local Retail Executive (My Team is Way Better)
