Friend ordered through an app and they didn’t have what she ordered asked for a refund they said we could thru it an app. When asked how to work the app someone said they would bring they’re manager and we waited outside for a manager to appear and nothing.

It’s 11am, the day is just getting started, on Valentine’s day at that, and the lady at the drive through was already starting my order off with an attitude. She made me and my partner very uncomfortable, after our experience with her we no longer were interested in their food simply due to the fact that the first person we encountered had a horrible attitude. We had a MUCH better experience across the street at the lovely Starbucks. I highly recommend going there over Dunkin on Bragg Blvd. Thanks 😘.
