  I didn't get a chance to get no Pizza.I'm new to town, so I had to go to hungry.Howie's with a pizza where the meat level pizza with butter crust was the bomb

  Placed a delivery order. My order was left on the porch. They didn't attempt to deliver it to me in hand and I did not request contactless delivery. If that's even an option. The next thing was that there were two boxes left. I only ordered one pizza. Out of curiosity, I opened the box. It was a pizza over half way eaten. Because the box didn't have a delivery sticker on it with a customers info. I assumed it must have been a pizza the delivery driver had been eating. I called to inform the manager Rick (female) who answered the phone. As soon as I began talking she immediately interrupted me by saying they are human and they make mistakes and that mistakes happen everyday. She proceeded to tell me they are short staffed and that they only have two delivery drivers. I advised her that I didn't need all the extra about humans making mistakes. She offered to issue me a credit or remake my pizza but mad sure she repeated that they are short staffed and it would be two hours for a remake and delivery. Moral to the story is these places hire anybody as managers nowadays. They don't have a clue what to say to customers or how to work under pressure. No professionalism AT ALL. Attached are photos of the half eaten pizza

  Poor quality food, poor effort and/or choosing people that don’t quite care about the product that is released. You see the advertisements that are released with the wings. They look delicious. Just received my wings and they are the same color as Drake, and buffalo sauce was drizzled on my wings like someone put ketchup on a hotdog. Both boxes. Then I call, to be explained 8 wings only deserve 1oz of sauce. Think of the last salad that you bought, and you get that one measly dressing and say man where the dressing at?! Google 1oz of sauce for reference. 8 wings. Thing about that salad from the beginning had no sauce. It wasn’t being advertised with any dressing. It’s lettuce and veggies. It’s a salad. So when I call and order BUFFALO wings, I expect buffalo wings. Not this… So imagine if I got BBQ, thicker viscosity I would have gotten less! So I should be happy right? Don’t do it for the customer. Do it for your bottom line. Cause that’s how you keep the good customers 😀. Couldn’t do a better job?! What about those drivers?! Surely they aren’t speeding, underpaid, or overworked. Cause yall do everything right, you are measuring sauce for wings so surely, everybody in there is doing everything right. Going 44 in a 45. Not rolling thru any stop signs. Not hooking their friends up with “special” pizzas for the free or nothing extra. Surely no employees are getting away with free pizzas or items. Surely this place stays within the lines. And surely they have never messed up any other food of mine in the past. Cause they are measuring sauce so I know these guys are on point.

  Highly disappointed that I had to a pay a delivery fee and the delivery drinker did not have all of my items on the first trip. Now I’m stuck sitting here hungry because I refuse to eat without something to wash it down with. I literally live up the road and it’s taking her at least an hour to get back. I’m pissed!!!
