  I ordered a bowl with double chicken around 6:40 PM on April 25, 2026, and the experience was honestly disappointing. When I asked for double chicken, I was barely given even a full scoop, which didn’t reflect what I paid for at all. On top of that, the employee helping me didn’t seem focused on my order. She was paying more attention to a group of other teenagers nearby and wasn’t really listening to what I was asking for. It made the whole interaction feel rushed and ignored. I don’t mind paying extra for double meat, but I do expect to actually receive it and be treated with basic attention and respect. I hope this location improves consistency with portions and customer service.

  I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this Chipotle. I watched an employee changing out the white rice with a floss pick in his mouth. The floss pick then fell directly into the rice. Instead of throwing the rice away, he simply picked the floss pick out and left the rice on the line as if nothing had happened. I immediately left the store. It was one of the most unsanitary and disturbing things I have ever seen in a restaurant. Food safety and basic hygiene should be the bare minimum. I will not be returning.

  I just went in this establishment @3:35 pm today. The lady in front of me got the same as me which was a bowl. The young lady fixing the bowls gave her 2 servings of chicken...she didn't ask for extra. I hate to say that the lady was of a different race than me. The young lady fixed mines, I got way less. This is so disappointing but not unusual in this city.

  come on now yall!😭 my food shouldn’t look like this! I feel like the presentation should be better. Then when i did get my burrito it was thrown together just do better

When a restaurant is open, customers reasonably expect the full menu or clear communication ahead of time. Limited options can signal problems with planning, preparation, or supervision. This created frustration before the order was even placed and set a negative tone for the visit. In terms of the meal, the food was okay but not exceptional. The ingredients appeared fresh, and the portion size was fair. The rice and beans were warm and properly cooked, and the protein had decent flavor. However, the overall taste lacked the bold seasoning and consistency that many customers expect from Chipotle.
