These is the comment I left on the official Chick-fil-A website through contact us ___________________________________________________ In order number #330093833 I was missing the entire portion of the Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Grilled Filet Meal. I tried to file in app or online and it would kick me out and return. This was today. 12 days ago I was missing an item in order #330087355 and I was issued a voucher for only the sandwich though no part of the meal was eaten because the major part of the meal for that person was missing. This is 2 main course items missing in 2 weeks. I'm very dissatisfied in the recover reward for the item from 2 weeks ago and the current inability to reclaim any portion of the meal that I ordered today. A reward to redeem a single sandwich from the previous order does not suffice in terms of recovery from what was ordered. Out of 3 meals this month, 2 were missing main items when I went through the drive-through. Someone needs to review orders before they go out as this is way to consistent of an issue.

I read that the company changed who they get the chicken from, and it shows in the quality. Wouldn't surprise me if it's some 3-D printed chicken now.
