Customer service is a joke now, retrain the youth. Putting one star because is the minimum I can put I. Order to write this comment. Zero starts should be.

Got home ready to eat but couldn’t because it had bacon all over it. I called the store immediately since I wouldn’t have been able to make it back to the store before they closed. No one answered so I left a voicemail. I went back the next day to have the sandwich remade, but they refused to remake it or give me a refund, talking about there is a one hour window to bring food back and that I had to call a toll free # to get a resolution. What kind of customer service is this???? Chick Fila messes up my order but it’s my fault because I didn’t bring it back to a closed for the night store. They never returned my call and refused to remake it or refund me. When I called the number they gave me I was told that they had to send my complaint back to the store for a resolution. So now they have me going around in circles just to get my issue resolved. Chick Fila didn’t take any responsibility for their mess up and refused to fix it. The worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I will be making a complaint with the corporate office because they are crooks. They have my money and the food I purchased. I will never go to Chick Fila again.
