  I absolutely love CAVA. the food is always fresh and delicious, and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Every time I visit, the staff comes across as rude and unwelcoming. Portions are noticeably small, and when I politely ask for a bit more, the response often feels annoyed with gestures like heavy sighing or eye rolling. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that makes me hesitate to return, which is frustrating because I genuinely enjoy the food. I hope management can address this, because the experience should match the quality of the meals.

  The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is because I came in one evening (I come often) but the ladies that are Usually serving Destini and the shorter young lady weren't working and one of the girls that was serving the food that evening was very unpleasant. As if she was bothered to be at work. I don't know what she might have has going on but it surely wasn't my fault. Destini and the other girl that are usually there have a great personality. They're pleasant and friendly to everyone who comes in. It's my experience and I truly appreciate their service with a smile. I hope they are well rewarded for their efforts.

  I’ve only had cava three or four times and I can say this is probably the best time I’ve had it. I found it in a few different states but here it was better for some reason. I don’t know how to explain it, but if food was fresher, and also the people that worked there were funny I had a really good time here.

  Been to multiple different locations, however this location fails to meet the standard. Past few times my wife and I have come here, it’ll be an hour or two before close and they won’t have anything prepared as they start preparing to close up early. Everything is already packed up and the employees begin to let loose as they listen to music on the phones in the back. Customer service is subpar at best as they don’t even look at the customer and when you ask for extra, they give you the same amount as they gave the last person. Overall disappointed with the establishment and hope this finds management well with hopes they are willing to make necessary changes.

  Would have been a 5 star but unfortunately I didn’t get the experience I would have wanted for the first time, a couple was very rude to the employees and even though the employees explained every step they were still VERY disrespectful which took away a lot of time from the rest of us in line. Also one of the employees speak very fast, I know a lot of people cannot help speaking fast but can’t really understand her if the words are just flying my kids were very helpful in helping me understand her though. They were out of a lot of things and the employee kept yelling back for stuff which is very frustrating when eating in while trying to enjoy a meal. Could’ve been better will come again another time though!
