  I can barely take it anymore. Please let there be sauce on the fettuccine. The plate literally doesn’t have a drip of sauce. The last three times we’ve came we’ve been extremely disappointed and I hate asking for extra sauce. Unfortunately we got it to go and didn’t notice till we got home. Out of all Italian restaurants, this chain is my absolute favorite and the fettuccine being extremely dry every single time it’s really starting to ruin my love for it, especially since it cost extra as a side just to be disappointed. 😩

  I was there today (4/14) with my family around lunch. I got the chicken skewers because the pic on the menu & online looked delish and substantial - like an easy way to get some protein (goals)… What I received was not what was on the menu IMO.. See pic! Giving lackluster.. like I ordered 4 individual grilled chicken nuggets & they each came with a stick stabbed in them like chicken lollipops. Smh lol. I’d get more grilled chicken in an 8 count from chick fil a & it’d be cheaper. I didn’t try them so idk how they tasted. Thankfully the waitress was nice and acknowledged what I received didn’t look comparable to what was advertised. I sent it back and got something else. Everything else was delish and as expected (plated nice, visually appealing, tasted great). Adding a pic of the dessert that was also advertised on that menu sheet. As expected, beautiful, & delicious 😍

  Great Meal at Carrabba’s🍝 My wife and I ordered curbside early dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Spaghetti and my wife had the Chicken Alfredo, and both were spot on. The Alfredo was rich and creamy, and the spaghetti had that perfect traditional flavor. It was a hearty, satisfying early dinner with great service to match. I’ll definitely be back for more! JJ

  My wife ordered out, she pre called the order and the Uber Eats person still had to wait 40 minutes. The food came cold, everything was cold, we had the lamb chops and shrimp pasta, fried calamari amongst other things and everything was just not very edible. I don’t know what happened but we have eaten here many times with great results. Very disappointed

  I had an extremely disappointing experience dining here. From the moment we were seated, service was practically nonexistent. We waited over 25 minutes and our kids ended up eating their entire meal without having any water at all, which is completely unacceptable. What made matters worse was that we asked three different servers for water, and each one ignored us or failed to follow through. It was incredibly frustrating to feel so overlooked and unimportant as paying customers. After more than 25 minutes, our server suddenly appeared out of nowhere, but instead of acknowledging the situation or apologizing, she acted like nothing had happened and showed no concern whatsoever. Unfortunately, the situation didn’t improve when the owner of this place got involved. The issue was handled very poorly, with no real effort to make things right or take accountability. It was clear that the owner lacks the management training and professionalism needed for that role. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone expecting even a basic level of service.
