  online order went to pick it up on time and was all cold and Soggy called young lady answered asked for the manager she was rudeasked for manager she wouldn't give me the manager and says she said we don't get refunds I said I don't want a refund I just want you to let you know what you guys are doing

  Got an order to go. They forgot a few sauces, always check your bag before leaving, especially for the little things. And when I got home to eat it, realized there were chicken feathers still in the wings. Not a great experience and the wings were super dry. Even with the sauces we put on, the actual chicken itself seemed overcooked or reheated after being cooked previously.

  Where should I start? After traveling from Europe to visit family here in Fayetteville I wanted to have some chicken wings. That was my first mistake. Yesterday March 30th was a Monday night and the place was practically empty. Our server "Kalyn" came over and took our order which you can see in the picture attached (with the exception of the last item). The food took 45 minutes to come on a slow night, I fear to think how long it would have taken on a Friday or Saturday night. In any case I ate my wings and my son his sandwich. At the end of the meal she asked if I wanted a box for the last chicken wing I had in my mouth (sad but true). We asked her for a cheesecake to go and I gave her an $11.74 tip. That was my second mistake. My son wanted that cheesecake since we last visited the US 2 years ago. After another 40 to 45 minutes a warm bag came and I knew something was wrong. I looked inside and saw that it was a cheesesteak. Anyone can make a mistake because they sound similar so it wasn't an issue. What was an issue was how she blamed it on the noise in an almost empty restaurant and then expected me to keep the cheesesteak I guess due to the inconvenience to her. She then said that there was no more cheesecake and that she could get the manager. The manager came out like an amazing bouncing ball of joy and fixed the issue. Had the manager been my server I may have kept the cheesesteak (she was nice). In the end I received the cheesecake and left. A 15 minute meal cost me just under 2 hours in that restaurant. I don't make reviews lightly and I have made them throughout Asia, Europe, Australia and all over the US. The service from "Kalyn" was horrible! If she is your server you're probably going to regret it. There's no need to try to threaten me with legal action to get me to remove this review as it's been attempted before. If you have video cameras in there then you can verify everything that happened. I'm never going back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Fayetteville. I'll just save my sanity and go someplace else.

  Buffalo Wild Wings, where people go to watch games and accidentally spend $40 on wings and regret. Tons of TVs and loud energy. If there’s a game on, this place delivers. The sauce is their whole identity. From mild to “why did I do this to myself.” Easy spot for hanging out, especially if you don’t care about noise or efficiency. Wings are expensive for what you get. You notice it every time. Can be slow, especially on game nights. You’ll age slightly waiting. Some visits are solid, others feel like the kitchen gave up halfway through. It’s not elite wings. It’s average wings + strong environment. People confuse the two. Go for the atmosphere, not because you think you’re getting top-tier food. If you’re chasing the best wings, this isn’t the place. If you’re trying to watch a game and eat something decent, it works. The sauce variety carries the entire operation. The wings themselves are average. Sometimes solid, sometimes dry, sometimes clearly reheated like they’ve been through war. It’s sauce-dependent food. Strip the sauce away and you’re not impressed. You might get good service. You might get ghosted at your own table. Roll the dice. Elite for watching games. Terrible for conversation unless you enjoy yelling. You go there for sports + social energy, not because you’re chasing top-tier food or service. If you forget that, you’ll leave annoyed and poorer than you expected.
