  I can't rate anything besides service. I waited 15minutes and never even had anyone come take the bare minimum of a water order 😒. I've went to other Bonefish Grill in other states and loved it, so I was looking forward to a great lunch and nice environment of enjoying the weather outside since I requested outside seating. I didn't know requesting outside seating equaled to no service. I will never come back again. The establishment needs to not say yes to outside seating if they're not going to inform the servers there is a patron outside. I was disappointed 😔

  The last two times I visited this establishment the food was disappointing. I've always enjoyed eating here but lately the quality of the food is not acceptable. I had tough fish and I also had flavor-less burned mashed potatoes. I have to stress that I have never had an issue with the food in the past. Recently there has been a change. I dont know what it is but I hope they address it.

  We went to Bonefish specifically for the Bang Bang shrimp. We ordered the edamame for an appetizer, which was okay. I got the Bang bang shrimp tacos and my husband got the fish & chips. Our food was okay, tasty but nothing special. The best part was the side of broccoli, which was darn tasty! I doubt we'll be back any time soon.

  This was our first time trying bonefish grill in 15 years! Our first experience ( at a different bonefish grill) was not a good one! BUT with that being said, this experience was great! Our server, Andrew, was awesome. He was very attentive and friendly. The front manager even stopped by Our table! That was impressive! But the food... I cant think of enough adjectives to describe the flavors! The whole experience was just amazing! And the cheesecake, words cant describe! Thank you for changing our minds about your restaurant!

  I was invited to a birthday dinner ( 1 of about 17) What a horrrible experience… We told the hostess that rest of the party was showing up and she wouldn’t seat us until at least 5 showed.After that we couldn’t get drinks until more people showed up. I was like don’t judge a book by the cover … and was hoping the food and drinks would make up for her attitude. I was wrong the waitress didn’t greet us didn’t show back up to refill our water . We are grateful for Andrew he at least was personable and he refilled our water. The food was NOT good unseasoned and my Salmon was browned on the outside and uncooked in the middle. Needless to say we will NOT be back. They couldn’t even get the espresso martini right , I had to send it back for the cream. I often wonder who’s keeping Bone Fish Grill open and Why? Very Bad experience.
