  Beyond pissed that I waited in the parking lot for potato cakes that I didn't even get!!! Food is way too expensive these days for anything to be missing for an order!!!

  Ordered online to avoid waiting (estimated wait was 6 minutes but I was prepared to wait 10-15). 25 minutes later my food was "ready". They forgot one of my jamocha shakes and the other was half full and they filled the gap with whipped cream. I haven't gotten to check the rest of my order yet. I've liked arbys before but this is pretty disappointing service (coming from someone who has worked in multiple fast-food environments).

  Staff at this location is top notch! I only go to this location because of the staff! I can't say enough about the ladies that work the drive thru in the mornings! Them ladies deserve a very nice raise.
