  The people that work there have always been nice and they are super fast making that long line not seem so bad. Sadly, the coffee flavors don't hit the mark for me. Each different flavor I've tried has a chemical taste.

  Staff is always friendly they have a very wide variety of flavors specially for zero sugars I cannot really compliment them on their coffee or drinks like that but I always get a black tea with sugar-free flavoring or a sugar-free energy drink

  I come here frequently and have noticed a significant decline in the staff and the accuracy of the drinks... I am unsure if something is happening internally within the company that is the cause... but recents encounters with some staff has been unpleasant and not the usual enthusiasm I love to see here. I hope they invest in their employees and get some team building exercises going to boost the morale of this place. Also the staff should be mindful of the comments they make and attitude they carry when a drink is made incorrectly and goes back into the kitchen area. The customers in the lanes can hear you... the doors are always open..

  I was serviced by Rachel her energy was everything. She was great at helping me especially with no know what was in my coffee. I asked for the cupcake something something something and she immediately knew what I wanted. She is great with customer service and she is overall a bright light! She made my entire day after going through the drive through.

  First and last time that I will ever visit a 7brew location. No menu available and even after explaining that it was my first time at a 7brew- still no offer of a menu. The young lady taking my order yelled over to another worker asking what his recommendation was and that was the only option extended to me. I have 0 idea as to what I ordered, but I can say confidently that it was absolutely disgusting. The drink was solid white and tasted of milk and a strange thick creamer. Maybe you have to be an insider, or member of their club to know what they have on the menu? Terrible customer service, terrible ordering process, and even worse coffee. 0/10 do not recommend.
