  I placed a mobile order and waited in the parking spot for 15 minutes. When I went inside, my food was just sitting on the counter. No other customers were present, and two employees were cleaning. One worker didn’t acknowledge me or even pause to say she’d be with me in a moment; she simply finished cleaning before coming over and giving me my food. I then asked another worker how long my food had been sitting there and whether it was cold. She responded with a snarky attitude. When I noticed there were no napkins in my bag and asked for some, she handed them to me with a grimace. When I asked if she was going to apologize for my food sitting there getting cold, she began yelling at me — repeatedly saying “excuse me” and blaming being short staffed, as if it was somehow my fault. Being short staffed does not excuse yelling at a customer. A third employee tried to de-escalate, and I appreciated that in the end. But that should never have happened in the first place. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’d like a response from management regarding how this will be addressed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Mcdonalds is not good anymore. Food lacks a lot and service is terrible at some locations.

  I come to this location EVERY morning and when I say Mrs. Hope and her morning crew are the best EVER! They set the tone for my day!!!! I love Ms. Donna and the young lady! All beautiful souls and positive vibes!!!

  Late last night my family and I went to the McDonalds location at 3410 Cooperative Way FarmVille, NC 27828, Store #30836. We were the only ones in the line at the time and only one other car came later while we were waiting on our food. It was late and we had more than one order. We kindly asked if they could bag each item separately. When we drove to the first window to pay, we were met by a guy who was laughing and looking back at the other worker. When we proceeded to the last window to pick up our food, the woman handed us the food all in one bag. We stated, that we asked for the food to be bagged. The woman then proceeded to tell us that she is not going to bag anything because she is the only one that has been bagging food all day. My Husband asked for extra bags and she said, I’ll give you the bags but I’m not bagging it. Now it was just us and one other car in the line. This was the worst customer service and our second McDonald’s that night. We left the first one due to us waiting for a very long time in the drive through. This customer service is highly unacceptable and disrespectful. We were not rude or disrespectful to them. Nonetheless, we were met with horrible customer service and cold food.
