It was not a pizza that was for kids to eat because it was tough. For the amount of money ppl spend on food they should think would you eat it if you brought it. Disappointed

- AWAllen WoodcockSep 1, 20251.0Sadly… was very disappointed as this is a Pizza Hut Classic. No table service. No red cups. No fountain drink. No salad bar or lunch buffet. No video game. Everything Pizza Hut Classic says they do, this place doesn’t do. The pizza tasted exactly as you would expect a Pizza Hut pizza to taste but there is really nothing classic about it. It’s a shame because that is what people are longing for. A return to when things were simpler and the old school Pizza Hut can take many back to simple high school days and Friday night football. It was a let down and I will never be back to this one.

SMH too many young people working and a manager who hangs outside the back door not paying attention to his employees nor his customers. I will be reaching out to store management because what I experienced tonight was insane. Had I used cash I would have demanded a refund immediately! I was given a store credit but very unhappy with service I received tonight 8/26/2025. I will not be returning EVER 😒
