The sweetest employee came over to help me and bagged all of my items for me. She had the best personality and so kind! She is a younger girl & I wished I had gotten her name. I normally do this to save myself time, and for a few months it was going great. Recently it has been taking them longer. They have recently started forgetting small items here and there as well. I know the associates are super nice in this store. I believe the issue is that they are short staffed and, in the case of missing items, new personnel are not paying attention.
