  Waited in line 30 minutes before order was taken. Gave us the wrong food and it was cold. Will not use this restaurant again! Very disappointed since we frequent Bojangles

  30 minutes and we are still waiting for our food. Never coming back.

  We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before ordering and when ordered were told our bos chicken sandwich would be 5 minutes and would more than likely be done by the time we got to the front. We then waited an additional 5-7 minutes in line. We then got to the window and they said we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our sandwiches. After that we had been waiting for 20 minutes when an employee came to tell us that they are out of the Bo’s chicken sandwich and we could switch it with something else or get our money back. We had to go inside to get our money back which was an additional 10-15 minutes. Horrible customer service. They could have told us to begin with and we would have left and not wasted an hour of our time. Oh and guess what??? One of the employees threatened my husband to go throw hands in the parking lot because my husband told him waiting 45 minutes is a long time.

  Got a 4 piece supreme for the road and it was all, almost cold. Probably the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. I should have known something wasn't right when I pulled up and they weren't busy at all. Won't stop there again.
