They never give you everything That you ordered and then we’ll just walk away so then you’re just stuck at the third window waiting for someone to come back and they never do ever like get better. People start making sure you have everything in the bag start making sure your customers have straws for their drinks and stop walking away before making sure that everything has been given to the customer which was paid for. I’m tired of getting robbed because someone is not doing their job I pay money that I work for to get this food and I’m tired of it being so stressful every time.

If this was the only incident, I'd accept that mistakes happen. This has become the norm for this particular McDonald's. My order is almost always wrong and/or cold. As always I tried to call back once I checked my receipt but as usual, no one answers. I'm not going to make a special trip for one sandwich but I've learned my lesson.... enough is enough!
