  If I could zero star I would. I came though the drive thru yesterday at 1 I ordered a chicken wrap, fries and a drink. I got to the window paid and got my drink they asked me to pull into the mobile order parking spot and it would be out shortly. 40 mins go by and the workers keep walking past me telling me it would be out in a minute. I then went inside and told the cashier I had been waiting for 40 minutes outside and still nothing. The manager or so I assume said that the chicken wrap had already left??? Soooo what did I order 🤣 fix the confusion in the kitchen please or dont have people pull into a spot and then be forgotten about. Lol.

  This place was pure nasty. Drink machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. All counter space in the restaurant was dirty and the restroom looked like it hadn’t been kept up in weeks. A heavy gentlemen was working drive through wearing a green polo “I’m thinking he was the manager” and was to worried about talking to the girl up front and constantly drinking and not washing his hands. Hands down the most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. We dinned in and it took close to 30 minutes to get out food. Wendy’s take notice. This place is not being ran right and definitely is not supporting your brand. I’ll never come back to this restaurant. So they couldn’t get it right, even after you told him what you wanted not a whole lot oh good gracious

  This is you average Wendy, the last time I went they did get me food out to me quickly. Also, no kiosk so you can place your order with a person without waiting a long time.

  Food was fine and correct. Older lady at counter was very short and rude. I thought to myself "probably having a bad day been there before, no worries" Saw two other younger employees who were amazing by comparison and very pleasant to the customers one going out of her way to help a nice elderly man who was deaf/mute place his order. Older lady proceeds to berate the younger one in front of the customer for helping him , not realizing he couldn't hear her I guess. Younger lady put service first and should be given the proper recognition for it.
