- LBLinda BlackJan 13, 20265.0Altogether a good place to eat at. I’ve scrolled through some reviews and noticed people were complaining about the grill being turned off an hour before close? I’ve run into that issue before but I took the time to ask a worker why. She explained that their kitchen takes an hour to clean between shutting off the grills, and waiting for them to cool down to be able to clean, etc. meaning that if they kept it on until close the dishwasher would be stuck there almost all night cleaning dishes (which was told to me that it used to be a common occurrence). Yeah it may suck that you cant get food 1 hour before they close but you have to remember THEY ARE HUMAN, no one wants to be stuck there until midnight cleaning up their workplace. Also to the review stating that this establishment is a “restaurant” ITS NOT. This is a fast-food establishment that is run by mostly teenagers. If you want food that badly that late at night go to mcdonalds, don’t harass the workers over your own inability to accept the rules set by the staff to prevent them from spending their entire night at work.

I called and they offered to give me a side of lettuce and tomato. I wasn't diving back for that. Should have replaced the burger. I always tip those kids without fail bc they are courteous. Not tipping next time bc they can't get my order right.
