- LHLeslie HarrisAug 14, 20252.0The supposed manager(Jessica ), that said that she was the only one at the store, was very rude and hung up on my daughter multiple times. She was put on hold and had to wait over 40 minutes. When my daughter asked to speak to the manager said Jessica said she was the manager yelled and screamed at my daughter, she didn't even have it on speaker either and hung up again. We haven't had this happen from any other associates before. I hope no one else has experienced this kind of service. Thank you for your time. Oh I am send this to the cooperate office.

But to top that experience off, I got to listen to the woman, who I assumed was the manger, throw her entire crew under the bus and berated them the entire time. AWKWARD! Were I baking the pizzas to have her talk to me like that, I would have quit. It should have been free at that point.
