I called twice to check on it and kept being told it was on the way. I was calling again when i finally found it randomly sitting on my porch cold with bugs on boxes. I was upset but didnt yell or cuss just simply said this is not ok you need to tell your drivers then click they hangup tried to call back to speak to manager answers hangs up again before i can even talk. Again i would get if i was being irate but was completely calm just trying to explain situation and say it wasnt ok and wasn't even able to talk. I love dominos pizza so sucks but i will never order from here again. I have had previous bad experiencce but atleast got a apology and resolution this was ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I redeemed points for a free pizza was charged 1.25 for what they considered a third topping (hot sauce as the base sauce) then they didn't put it on the pizza. It was very dry and plain because of this. The wings looked like they were just ran through with the thin crust pizza so they were not done and barely had any sauce. I had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. No dipping sauce came with them as they charge a dollar per cup now, there are no complimentary ones. This company has gone completely downhill. I reported an issue, they offered 20 percent off my next purchase. They can keep it. That does not solve the problem for me. Beware of uncooked chicken!
