  Only stopped in for two coffees with no cream no sugar took 8 minutes to serve the order . Its was loud in the back talking about all kinds of things other then work line some call inappropriate words . Yes there were talking too eachother

  this is getting ridiculous. I understand being busy but I sat in the drive thru 30 minutes for 2 things, one of which came out entirely wrong! I go inside to fix it, and FALL as im going in the door. I hit the floor and the lady standing there just says its not her problem and walks away. I get up to correct my order and then stand another 20 minutes waiting to get my drink. the service here is absolutely terrible and that redheaded woman should be fired for her horrendous customer service.

  I'm not sure why they insist on putting the people who don't listen or pay attention to what is being ordered on the drive thru. This is the second time I have ordered a LARGE frappé and received a smaller. Instead of verifying the size of my drink, the lady at the pay window repeats my order saying, "A Frappé." So I paid, no receipt was given. It's a busy morning. This is just ridiculous.

  I went to McDonalds and used an offer in the app. The reward was a free any size fry with the purchase of any size drink. The fry was free and the drink was 1.49 plus tax. I was charged 9.06. I called and requested a manager. He was confused even after I explained it several times. He then handed the phone to another lady that was pleasant but unable to resolve the issue. She asked me did I have a receipt. I said yes, somewhere, but I have to find it. She said since I left there was really nothing that she could do. That is crazy work! I was incorrectly charged but there is nothing that they can do?! I went online and used the contact us feature. Hopefully somebody will contact me so that they can process a refund of the overcharge. I have went other times and had no problem but this experience will definitely make me reconsider going to this one in the future.
