This is the second time I have ordered a LARGE frappé and received a smaller. Instead of verifying the size of my drink, the lady at the pay window repeats my order saying, "A Frappé." So I paid, no receipt was given. It's a busy morning. This is just ridiculous.

The fry was free and the drink was 1.49 plus tax. I was charged 9.06. I called and requested a manager. He was confused even after I explained it several times. He then handed the phone to another lady that was pleasant but unable to resolve the issue. She asked me did I have a receipt. I said yes, somewhere, but I have to find it. She said since I left there was really nothing that she could do. That is crazy work! I was incorrectly charged but there is nothing that they can do?! I went online and used the contact us feature. Hopefully somebody will contact me so that they can process a refund of the overcharge. I have went other times and had no problem but this experience will definitely make me reconsider going to this one in the future.
