- AAA AOct 25, 20251.0This has been our favorite Wendy's but yesterday changed my opinion. I don't know what had happened before me in the drive through window , but Lord have mercy! I came through and the lady in the window got angry because I failed to say I had a coupon. She began yelling at me and I replied, "Ma'am if it's a problem I will just pay it out of pocket" yet she continued to yell the same phrase over and over "Next time you tell me! Next time you tell me at the speaker!" She finally slammed the window shut and then opened it, shoved my food out, yelled again and slammed the window again. So shocked and frustrated. I certainly hope she has been nicer to everyone else! This Wendy's needs to reign in that employee. Cannot treat customers that way!
