She proceeds to come on the intercom with “what do you want” and then also responds with “what else” after everything. This Taco Bell makes me just want to drive over to the one by the ymca just because their customer service is trash. Let alone the heavier set white guy who is also rude. This place sucks

Very unprofessional. A elderly couple was waiting in front of me and staff wouldn't acknowledge them or offer to help. No greeting or anything. These employee's don't care about their job or customers. Management needs to do a better job in hiring quality people. As far as the ones working the lunch hour. They should all be fired

Today I had 3 different people come to the window asking me what my order was staring at the screen cluelessly. I get a quesadilla and two whole sections have no meat or cheese. I asked for sauce 3 times and still didn’t get any.
