They are taking orders on people coming in instead of making mine, when I already paid and ordered ahead 30 minutes ago.

My boyfriend orders in the app and he put for my sub white bread and they gave me the wrong bread. I told them it was wrong and I wanted white and the man wouldn’t change it out. I have Parmesan cheese on my sub also and I didn’t ask for it. Man at the counter is rude and very hateful.
