  I have passed this place a million times and never went in so we decided to try it. first off 12: 15 in the afternoon not one car in the parking lot ( that's not Good) Then we walk in it smells like musty old socks the girl behind the counter gives us a look like what do you want, No buffet was told the did away with it a year ago. BTW not one customer other than us in there. The food was horrible like eating cardboard . Not sure what's happened to quality friendly service and cleanliness. First and last time we will ever go there. I should have read their reviews first.

  If you're craving Pizza Hut bad enough take the drive to Edenton. The EC location doesn't care about the quality of food that they serve. Worst pizza I've ever eaten.

  I ordered delivery food and only received half my order so I contacted the store and they never called me back. So then I asked for a refund and have been continuously avoided by the store so I contacted customer service using the chat support where Pizza Hut said they would refund it and I received an email confirming it. I never received the refund so I contacted the store again, who said my card was now “locked” when there was money in it and there was no reason it should have locked. Now my case is in a loss department so I don’t know when I’ll receive my refund. I had my order ID, Phone number, email, and everything for my order. It’s impossible to contact a person outside of the store I ordered from. There is only a Chat support. It’s unacceptable that Pizza Hut doesn’t have a customer service representative to speak with about this. If I could give no stars, I would. I’ll never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

  The cashier with the lovely European accent was very very nice and got us in and out!
