- AWAethyr WolfhymnJan 25, 20261.0I have gone to this McDonald's for about 2 years when I simply needed something quick. Initially, service was complete and efficient. Over the years, however, I noticed a stark decrease of accuracy and quality. Almost every order I have received from October 2025 to January 2026 has had part of an order missing, improperly prepared, lessened in quantity/ quality, improperly labeled, or altogether incorrect. Tonight I ordered a Hot Honey McCrispy Meal, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a McDouble, 2 apple pies, and 2 strawberries and cream pies for pick up through the app. When we finally got our food about half an hour later, we get home only to find that the fries are missing from the combo. We had to return for the fries... which, when served to us, were lukewarm at best. I am not of the opinion that employees should be reprimanded or punished. My question is, what is corporate doing to coordinate with managers to foster better service and hospitality for the community it serves? I've noticed that the turnover rate for employees has increased recently at this location. What is being to done to support the employees and managers? What can we expect from this location going forward?
