I waited 20 minutes for my order. I could understand if they had to cook something fresh. However, when I went up to the counter to check on my order, I could see it on the tray. The guy added an extra hash brown to the tray and gave it to me. The food was cold. It obviously had been sitting there a while. Will never come back to this location.

absolutely terrible, the speaker said they were closed so we pulled around because we had a mobile order and the cashier says “well if you had waited a little longer i would’ve gotten to you”. been waiting probably almost 40 minutes.

A couple days ago my bf came home with a new experience of a worker over the speaker having horrible service skills like his gf dumped him that day, anywho my boyfriend goes and asks how many nugget count they have and this man behind the speaker replies with “excuse me? Whatchu say you never been to McDonalds before” lucky i wasn't with him bc u never heard of manners before? I hope u don’t kiss your momma with that nasty mouth not sure who it was but id say its about time a manger talks to their WHOLE staff bc never in my own costumer service years would i ever address a simple question with a clapback. And the food was mid :) thank u for coming to my ted talk
