- MMMikeFeb 22, 20265.0Dont understand why this dunkin is lower than the one in town. This is the only one I hit in Elizabeth City now, because of the friendly attitude and customer service. I walked in to ehringhaus and was told I couldn't use my app, I couldn't customize. Guy seemed miserable to be in his job, then the other lady said she didnt even know how to use the register. So, overall I will only go to this one.

- RGRose GarrentonSep 12, 20251.0I came to this location a couple days ago and The supposed manager Stephany had so much attitude for no reason. I simply asked for a dozen donuts and they said they were out of boxes and I asked if they could put the icing ones in separate bags and she said no four donuts go in a bag. So all my donuts were messed up and stuck together. I also saw her talking to an employee like they were 3. This is the worst experience I have had at Dunkin.
