I asked my husband to buy us that for our dinner and they didn't stand by their word. How disappointing.

We showed up around 8:00 PM... a full two hours before closing... and were treated to a buffet of disappointment. They were out of shredded cheese (apparently they “made cheese once today, already,” because who doesn’t love freshly made cheese, right?), ran out of carne asada, and scraping the bottom of the pans for rice, guacamole, and basically everything else. The “red chimichurri sauce” listed on the menu? Gone too. For nearly $50, we got to watch the staff pretend this was all totally normal. No apology, no offer to make it right... just a collective shrug and some sad, lukewarm leftovers. I'm literally sitting here waiting for food poisoning. Hands down the worst Chipotle experience ever. If you’re into mystery ingredients and the thrill of guessing what might still be available, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and drive literally anywhere else.
