- PCpatricia cutrellOct 20, 20252.0I saw about 6 menues, all of them with a white back ground, but one " introducing our NEW chicken strips", brown back ground, that sounds good, we have done away with them mam, I looked for a dip I tried , it was sweet, n sour, I will have that, we did away with that flavor, the servive was pretty fast, I was the only customer in there, well my husband too, hardly no one smiling, my flavor of drink gave out, hubby put water in my cup to fill it up, most of the time Wendys is my favorite place to go to because of the chili, and the baked potatoes, but I was ready to cry, false advertisement, and probably the CEO made them keep the Ad up, the CEO doesnt have to deal with the public, but the poor cashiers do! No wonder no one wants to work any more!

Then she said did I still want the coffee? I asked what she had. "We only have 1/2 & 1/2". Really!! I also asked for a breakfast sandwich. Not only was the sandwich luke warm, but the bacon was hard as a rock!!! It's understandable why I never see a line in the drive up. And she never even smiled. This store should be closed!! It's a disgrace to the Wendy's name.
