App said it would be ready at 7:33pm. I arrived at 7:36 and it wasn't ready. At 7:52 guy throws it onto the pickup rack like its a bag of refuse and mumbles my name while immediately turning his back and walking away. If they were busy I'd understand. But they weren't. If I'd gotten it through the drive thru I'd gotten it in 10 minutes max. What's the point of online orders if I have to wait over 30 minutes? I know that if you select drive thru pick up they don't start cooking it until you tell them your name so I deliberately chose inside pick up. Got worse service.

They told me I have to come inside, I said okay normally I pick it up through the window since I placed the order myself and another women’s voice comes over the speaker saying again loudly that I will have to come inside for my food. The lady’s working today at 12 PM on January 8th could definitely use some retraining.
