We normally order the bo rounds and the boberry biscuits for a snack later in the day. We were using the drive thru but we get quite annoyed at the automated ordering that was implemented so now we go inside and place our order to go. The service is always good, the orders are always correct, and the food is always hot and fresh.

I was parked for 5 minutes to get new biscuit, but it was just as hard. I just left. I think a surprise visitor from district manager is in order. Either the timer is too high, grease too hot, or they didn't cook me a fresh sandwich. When I say wimpy I mean rounds should be crisp.
