  This is the worst wingstop in durham. The workers be everywhere but the counter to assist. Lobby dirty and to top it off they handing out sauced overcook wings- if you are going to eat here ensure you walk in and make sure your food is made fresh. I requested a refund and waiting to hear back from management. I should have known better the manager asked me to give them another try and this was it.

  Came around 12:00pm last week walked in to two ladies an a guy sittin the guy called the heavy set lady mom so I’m guessing mom an son the son proceeded to take my order before he took my order the heavy set lady yelled out Shamar get that which confused me he then continued to tell me the card reader was broke an they only accepted cash being that I wanted the wings badly an it wasn’t just for me but for me an my kids I say ok I’ll go get cash an I’ll return he said ok well text ur order to this number which threw me off because why would you want me to text order but once again I just want my wings so not thinking anything of it I text my order was told 50 was total brung 50 cash back an instead of him putting it in the register he stuck it in his pocket what kind of business are yall runnin something told me to check back at a later day an I was informed by one of the employees that the card reader was infact not broke but Shamar pocketed my money an from what the employee said this isn’t the first time I’ll definitely be back to get this handled this is wrong on so many leveled an these are the people you guys have working for you pocketing money an lyin to customers

  I had a safety issue at this store where the employees were rude nasty threatened to assault me and group due to us asking for a refund. The police were called because one of the female employees had her sister up there who threw a drink on me and my group then the men they were with proceeded to threaten us with guns! I will never return to this store and I suggest you don’t either! It’s not worth the money!
