  I've been coming to this Wendy's drive-thru for almost 1.5 years on a semi-regular weekly basis. They are fast and accurate on my order every time. I have never bothered to rate/review a fast food joint before, but when I saw their rating of 3.7, I felt like I needed to add my experience of consistently fast and professional service.

  We ordered the new chicken tenders, the large fries were cold and stale, the chicken tenders were cold even though we were asked to pull forward while they cook. The girl was rude and disinterested in any type of customer service. I will find a new restaurant to spend our money. Traveling from PA to FL. We spent $20 of our hard earned money taking the food to our hotel. Nasty food with horrible service.

  The workers were very rude when dealing with my mobile order. They were impatient and did not assist in anyway to make the process smooth. I cancelled my order altogether and went about my day. I was very disappointed.

  This is one of THE most lackluster Wendy's ever. Consistently. How? Its a busy commercial area location. The fries are ALWAYS too salty and lukewarm, burgers are old and cheese tells it all... it looks as if melted yesterday and hasn't seen any heat since then. The meat is also dry, proof these burgers have been sitting out for a long time. Food looks and tastes as if you bought it yesterday and left it out overnight. I wish they would do better. At least once in a while. Desperate for a lil lunch, I forgot how much I hate this location. Well, now I remember.
