  This is the worst restaurant experience i can ever remember. I ordered an acai bowl and the yogurt part was frozen solid. There was no way to eat it. It was rock solid frozen. When i asked about it she said “thats how they come from the factory”. There was nothing they could do about it. I paid 12 buck for an inedible block of ice. Nobody cared, “oh well” and they went into the back. I try to never leave crappy reviews but this was just… wow! Andy (obviously I’m still hungry)

  Love Tropical Smoothie! Especially love when Shonda is working. She is so nice, with excellent customer service and made sure our order was made perfect! She also assisted me when an online order that would not process. She took the time to help without making me feel rushed and had the best attitude.

  My smoothie bowl was a block of ice, my spoon snapped trying to dig into it. It wasn’t edible. I was headed to the airport and needed breakfast before a long flight so I was in a rush and couldn’t stick around to have them correct it. My snack wrap was also stale. Also, very poor customer service. The lady at the front didnt say a word to me, she just looked at me and I awkwardly started ordering assuming she was ready to take the order. No words. Very disappointed in this location, I usually have great experiences at Tropical Smoothie back home.
