  you'll sit in line for way too long and wait for the wrong order for way too long. I stopped eating taco bell because this is the closest one to me and it's awful

  The entire point of having an online service where you can order ahead of time is so you can just pull up and pick up your order. I placed my order 10 minutes before I picked it up and when I showed up to pick it up in the drive-thru I was told to pull around to the front and wait for my order. I can only assume they do this to keep their window times down. in reality that's a dumb thing to do because now your window times are just lies and not accurate. also when I received my order I had a bunch of hot sauces and mild sauces added to it and none of that was in the bag. I ordered a salad but didn't receive a fork or any utensils to eat it with. The quality of the food is not nearly as good as it normally is and I'd say I'm pretty disappointed with my experience today. and from looking at the rest of these reviews it's easy to see that I'm not the only one who has experienced service that is lacking at this Taco Bell. I only wish I would have read through the reviews before I chose to eat there for lunch.

  Girl working the front is great, didnt get her name. Manager is way too cool to be managing a taco bell. Lorenzo I think his name was, might be the worst employee I've ever dealt with. Im not picky and I didnt order half the resturant. Man couldn't get a avocado ranch stacker right with three tries and 45 minutes to do it. Acted like I was the problem even after I showed them my sad little 3 dollar empty tortillas, and even those were burnt. Walked up to me for the refund and acted like I had offended his entire bloodline by wanting edible food. Unless you have no other option or crave disappointment, I wouldn't bother.
