  Trate de ordenar en el restaurante llegué y estube 10 minutos esperando a que me atendieran después de la espera se dignaron en atenderme me dijeron que no estaba obteniendo órdenes así que tenía que ser por línea porque estaban muy ocupados muy mal servicio deberían de hacer algo pésimo servicio

  Order delivery; accidentally ordered for carry out online. Called store, lady was helpful. Replaced order for delivery, and it was 30 minutes past the delivery time window( gave them grace for mixup on order) delivery finally gets here, and the driver THROWS (like literally slung my food on ground) then when I grab order; one pizza was hard as rocks, second was decent(dry,overcooked) breadsticks were dry and I did not receive my wings. (Whole reason for order). When I called store to inform, they said they would give me a call back. Called store back!? Never heard of that before. No one has called back! I also took video

  On 2-17-26 at 20:27pm I go in to place my order a lady with a pony tail with jeans prepping peoples food with no gloves on all in the toppings. Complete one thing leave from preparing someone’s food go grab more dough goes right back to prepping once again hands with no gloves on. It’s to many germs going around out here. We don’t know where your hands were prior to that. She seemed nice but not using gloves is a no go. I can’t eat there. There are times I’ve been here the vibe just seems like everyone is grumpy especially the heavy set short black dude every time. They don’t like to help each other it’s like every man for themselves here. That’s definitely not good it suppose to be team work. It’s like they hate being like damn I’m here but I have a job type deal.

  Driver claimed they couldn't find the house, didn't even try to text or call and just returned to the store. No followup from the store either. When I called to find out what was going on the person on the phones was rude and tried to argue when I requested a refund. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.
