Stood in the store for ten minutes, along with 2 other customers, and none of the 5 workers even greeted us. 1 was a manager. 1 was general manager. Food was completely wrong. Had to wait for a remake. Spent over 1 hour at that store waiting for an order I called in 30 minutes prior to arriving. At least train them on soft skills if they can’t make orders correctly.

The pizza arrived cold, smashed, and falling apart with cheese stuck to the box. The breadsticks were microscopic, glued together, and soaked because the sauce spilled everywhere. Customer service was a complete joke. The person answering the phones was incompetent and couldn't even form a proper sentence. The manager was rude and only slightly above the phone dude in brainpower and they kept putting me on hold just to hang up on me. If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen — and definitely don’t own a franchise that requires you to function under high levels of stress. This wasn’t food — it was trash in a box. Total waste of money. Never ordering again.
