- SLSincere LivingstonMar 17, 20261.0I’ve ordered pizza from Papa John’s multiple times for various occasions, but this particular pizza falls significantly short of their standards. The toppings are not fully applied, and the dough is not spread evenly. It’s evident that the kitchen’s quality control measures are inadequate.
- IIiiamxshariFeb 20, 20261.0I have ordered from this location at least 6–8 times, and there has been a consistent pattern of rushed and poorly prepared food. Multiple orders have arrived incorrect or severely overcooked. Most recently, I ordered a pizza with a regular bake and it arrived extremely overdone and unevenly cooked. This has happened repeatedly, not just once. Because these orders were placed through DoorDash, I attempted to resolve the issue there. However, DoorDash has now declined additional refunds due to frequency — even though the ongoing quality issues are coming from this store. At this point, this reflects a serious lack of quality control and management oversight at this location. I am extremely disappointed, especially as a repeat customer who gave this store multiple chances. I hope corporate reviews this location’s performance and addresses these recurring issues.
