  It is unbelievable that Panera doesn't offer a decent gluten-free menu. The “allergen and nutritional information” offered for scanning is not designed to attract any attention.

  I come to this Panera almost everyday and there’s always great service the other i couldn’t find my order and a very helpful young lady I believe her name was destiny went out of her way to help, we later figured out that the my order may have gotten stolen, i was upset but she was right on before i even noticed a guy name duece brought out my food and even give me a free chocolate chip cookie my favorite, and as I as walking out they both told me to a wonderful night, I can tell the managers are doing a great job with the young workers because usually when I go places at night when the younger employees work the food and the energy just feels less loving and more hurry up and leave this is my favorite Panera and restaurant

  The staff are great and the food is Panera - but the building inside is the opposite of what makes Panera enjoyable. No booths, no nooks, no cushions on the hard wooden chairs - it's a big open loud space that feels like a hospital cafeteria or the lobby of spme corporate building. Yhe Raleigh Amtrak station is cozier.

  I ordered a you pick two soup and salad through the drive-through this evening, took some time, but I was not in a rush…and as I pulled away, I’m glad that I checked the bag because I realized that there was no dressing. So I parked, went inside and waited for someone to be available to get me some salad dressing. I left and arrived back to my son’s baseball practice and there is no spoon to eat my soup 🥴 come onnnn guys!

  Been a long time since I went to a Panera. The food was really fresh and good. Nice clean restaurant and the staff was really helpful.
