  I've been happy with the various meals I've ordered. The Green Goddess Salad is a particular favorite. It is a substantial salad that does not stint on ingredients. The staff is hardworking and nice. Special shout out to Ms. Nancy, who is always super helpful no matter how busy she is.

  Held off on writing this review because I love Panera, but this location is terrible. I’ve tried the 9th St location 3 times over the past month, and never had a good experience. Would suggest going to any other location in Durham. Each time I’ve had a pickup order placed in the app. It’s like they have contests on who can make food the sloppiest. The sandwiches have all the ingredients outside the bread. The tomatoes are hardly ever ripe. The soups are spilled all over the rest of the bag’s contents. The salads are brown and stale. Tired of opening the wrapper of a tuna sandwich, and the tuna and incorrect toppings are slathered all over the paper. 2 out of 3 times the order was completely wrong. As soon as they offer promotions, it appears they immediately mark them as sold out.

  Stopped in quickly to get a breakfast sandwich as it was convenient to my schedule and location. Ordered at the kiosk. My order wasn't correct but found out after I left.
