Worst steak chain. Overpriced and small portions
1- small salmon in photo is $28. Total ripoff. Bigger salmon with 3 sides is $22 in longhorn and $29 texas roadhouse
2- seasonal veggies in this restaurant is only broccoli!! Do u know carrots, zuccini and califlower are all season and cheaper than broccoli
3-logan roadhouse, texas roadhouse and longhorn is way better and cheaper.
Will never eat here

Food wasn't bad and server was nice. But when we sat down there were brown paper towels like you would get from the restroom and no silverware. When they brought our salads I asked for silverware and we were brought plastic ware in packets like you would get in a to go order. I told my wife I could have gone to KFC and got this. When the steaks came out I requested real silverware and they finally brought silverware wrapped in real napkins. The food again was decent but very pricey for what it was. I think this is my last stop at Outback.

Hello,
A wanted to share my experience with my recent curbside pickup order. I was told the wait time would be 20 to 25 minutes but I ended waiting 45 to 50 minutes before receiving my food.
In addition, I was supposed to receive a website link to check in for my cubeside pick up but I never received it, which made the process confusing and delayed service further.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations either- the salmon and broccoli we're both overcooked.
I'm bringing this to your attention because I value good service and hope this can be improved for future customers. I would appreciate someone following up with me regarding in this experience.
Thank you,
Marie Roberts

In town from Texas for TedX and stopped here for dinner. We were seated by the Owner herself. She was friendly and very polite. Food was delicious, hot and the whole place was enjoyable.
During our meal 2 different Managers came by to make sure everything was good. Our server was also very nice and attentive, great at her job. She made sure every request was fulfilled and made sure we didn't feel like we were being a bother.
It's been a very very long time that I had such and enjoyable dining experience at any restaurant. I think it's a testament to the leadership. Jennifer the owner herself greeting and seating guest herself with a smile says a lot about this place.

Location is Mount Moriah Rd, Durham NC. To start, the floors were dirty, no TVs working, and the booth seats were covered with grease residue and food. I thanked the person that came over to clean the seat and they just looked away from me and slowly walked away like they were depressed and didn’t want to be there. That set the stage for the evening. Finally got our appetizer. Bacon was WAY under cooked on the cheese fries. It took so long to get them, there was no way we were going to send them back. We just raked bacon slivers off onto another plate. Salads came out with piles of crouton crumbs like from the bottom of a bag. Not sure how someone looked at that and said “oh yea, the customer will love these piles of crumbs instead of the actual croutons”. Took over 30 minutes to reconcile the salad issue. The main meals came and they were fine. To our surprise the steaks were cooked as ordered. Still don’t think we will be back to this location. I am shocked that any manager would allow it to get in that shape. Very questionable in my opinion. Sorry I didn’t get photos. I was in such shock I didn’t think about taking pictures until we were back in the car.
