- MLmatthew lynch1 day ago1.0Yall need to stop hitting the button on your screen before you give people's food out. You want to get your numbers lower but your hitting the buttons on the screen and then make people wait for 20 minutes. and then forget about them. Waited 20 minutes for 1 snack wrap and a coffee. At the end of the month I bet your store owner says wow your times are so low! Little does he know that time doesn't reflect anything.

The associate at the window, Christian told me he didn’t care. Although I appreciate the Hispanic community for stepping up in the hospitality arena Christian at the window need a little more training in that area.

Unfortunately, our gps brought us to this location. My husband and daughter get out. While my husband is buying the fries my daughter tries to use the restroom, only to find that it's locked. My husband proceeds to ask the cashier for the bathroom key and is told yes, to wait while he gets it. When the cashier asks the manager for the key, the manager looks at my husband and says "we're not giving them the key". At this point, the cashier comes back and says in a foreign language, no key when the ENTIRE interaction of ordering fries and asking for the key happened in ENGLISH.
