I asked for the new Oreo donut with the cookie on top, and the employee told me they didn’t have that one and only had the version with the crumble on top. I simply asked a quick follow-up question to clarify whether they no longer served the other one. She responded no, so I said thank you and started to leave. As I was pulling away, she made a rude comment saying that I was wasting her time. That was completely unnecessary and honestly very unprofessional. I was polite the entire interaction and was just trying to understand what was available. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out because of how dismissive and disrespectful the employee was. A simple question shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.
