  The gentleman taking orders was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the woman behind him who appeared to be managing the front was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly speaking to both customers and staff in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. During my visit, I witnessed her raise her voice at customers who mentioned their orders were incorrect, and she also spoke dismissively to a young woman who simply came in to ask if they were hiring. Instead of offering a quick yes or no, she told the applicant, “I don’t have time for you. Come back when we’re slow,” which ultimately caused the young woman to leave. It was uncomfortable to watch and created an unpleasant atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant. I truly feel for the employees who have to work in that environment, as the gentleman taking orders seemed to be doing his best to remain courteous despite the situation.

  The employee that rang me up was nice the guy behind him rude and sarcastic. The place is overpriced the fountain machines taste disgusting no syrup in the Dr Pepper. The food is not that great to have to deal with that.

  Nope go to a different one. They will condescending call you a liar when you call to check on your food. It took 40 minutes literally for status to change and still another 25 minutes for them to deliver. Tell me why I would ever order from the people supposed to have the fastest delivery and yet I’m waiting over an hour. Slowly losing my appetite as I grow more and more irritated. Not worth the wasted time, money or hunger pain!!!! Also did not remember my straw for my drink, my napkins or my mayo packets I specifically requested.

  Amazing service by the two gentlemen who were working tonight! Big shout-out to both of them — they had wonderful smiles and such a great attitude. One was wearing glasses and the other had a hat. They were working today, so please don’t forget to give them a big shout-out! I didn’t get their names, but they definitely deserve the recognition.
